Benchtop material: On 13 December 2023 the Commonwealth and State WHS Ministers announced an intention to ban all engineered stone nationally with effect from 1 July 2024. The benchtop shown on in this render depicts a zero silica (<1%) stone product which Mirvac believes as at 08 April 2024 to be excluded from the ban, based on indicative guidance from the Commonwealth and State WHS Ministers. If the zero silica (<1%) stone product is included in the ban, then Mirvac will determine an alternate product (which meet Legislative requirements and Mirvac’s quality and design standards) for inclusion in the final homes.
